G'Day

Stephen here.

Years ago while writing Be and Become, people would ask me what my book was about. It contained new ideas largely based on some principles from quantum physics1. It also included new ideas regarding spirituality, relationships, politics and philosophy. It was a synthesis of all branches of human experience melded together to reveal a new overarching framework. All of which was a bit long winded when attempting to explain what it was all about.

Then one day I realised that, truth be said, I'm a belief doctor2 — I analyse belief systems and help improve (heal) them.

I like poking around in those awkward 'shhhh' beliefs ... you know, the ones that aren't much discussed in 'polite company'. Hence my second book "Awkward Truths: Beyond the dogmas of science, religion and new-age philosophies".

Anyway, as a Belief Doctor I diagnose what's wrong with various beliefs and prescribe remedies to improve them. And for the record, I don't discriminate. I analyse and treat all of them equally — science, religion, new-age, politics along with a whole bunch of gender shhhhes.

Now, those who are comfortably ensconced in their belief-systems will likely find this material unsuitable. But for those seeking to luxuriate in greater clarity, awareness and wellbeing, well, the way forward is easy.

And since our health and wellbeing is directly linked to what we think and feel (believe) it's a crucial starting point for those seeking improved health and wellbeing.
